this was bought at a boutique but never worn because its quite tight on me. Its beautifully made. but is like a u.s. size XS  or XXS. Whoever wore it likely did waist training or was just very petite. It comes with a matching short cape. it fits tight like a 'pencil skirt' and looks like a shirt + skirt but is a dress.
