Very on the fence about this, the positives: very easy to communicate with, dispatched quickly, and open to feedback.
Unfortunately this item was marked as NWT and when I arrived, not only was the tag bent in a way where it could have been reattached, but there was a sizable yellow crust on the bodice of the dress. Removing the upper layer of crust reveled a yellow stain. The condition was definitely not what it was listed or sold as, the positives is that the seller was willing to refund $15 for dry cleaning which will hopefully get the yellow stain out.
Overall I feel pretty positive but it is really disappointing given the price and the assumption that the condition was to be new with no damages.
