Seller is really responsive to questions and sent the item super fast. They also refunded me the extra shipping costs I paid. The dress is really nice and overall good, however, the seller said it was brand new and failed to mention a flaw I only noticed when I got the dress. One of the snap buttons was coming loose and she didn't mention it at all or have pics showing it. There was also a manufacturing defect in that one of the ribbon loops was sewed too closed which made it extremely difficult for the ribbon to go through. This is not the fault of the seller but they mention they tried it on the dress, which leads me to think they must've known about the flaw but failed to mention it. Lastly, the measurements they put in the description is for size m (I know because I checked the dress on another site) but the dress actually said size L on its tag. That's not too much of an issue since it still fits, but it is frustrating to see the seller not mention so many things yet still call this dress brand new or like new.
