The postal system effed up and first lost the package and then sent this dress back to the seller and they were so extremely kind to send it again at no cost to me, even though I said I would be happy to pay shipping again. They were communicative at every step of the way, and I appreciate them so much. Thank you again for being so patient and amazing!!

Overall feedback is good. The seller was quick at communications, the dress was packaged well and in beautiful condition, and shipping was good. The Item was listed in "Like New" condition and described as "In perfect condition", however it arrived missing the removable pearl shoulder straps. The seller seemed not to realize this dress had removable straps as they had bought it secondhand w/o the pearl straps despite the stock photo in the listing featuring the straps. Would still purchase from this seller in the future despite this oversight.
