Wonderful to work with. Item was immaculate and arrived quickly. My only issue was that the ring was sent in a paper mailer instead of a padded mailer which could have lead to damage.(paper mailers are sent through machines and padded ones are not) However she had taken care and wrapped ring in a layer of bubble wrap and a paper towel. Was charged 3.50 for shipping package indicated shipping was 2.56. Great item. Great seller.
