Transaction itself went well. Buyer was overcharged in error due to overestimated weight/shipping. No PayPal fees were charged. Buyer was refunded the difference. I wish they would have messaged me prior to leaving their feedback. I tried reaching out to them but got no response.

Dress conditions was nice though there will little black fluffs all over and dress and it came without it's waist ties; since it's full back shirring dress can't be cinched in without the ties. Seller refuned an amount for the ties. I would buy from this seller again and they were nice.... though probably would have waited to buy this dress when a version came up with the ties or been able to make the decision up front on a dress with missing items. Overall though nice dress.
