The listing wasn't super descriptive, but the dress was listed as "like new". The dress was packaged rather precariously, with the dress and accessories shoved into a reused and worse for wear amazon bubble mailer, the accessories were individually wrapped, but the dress was not. During shipping, some of the bows came untied or shifted & became uneven. There was slight damage to the dress that wasn't mentioned in the listing. The seller was however, quick to ship, and replied quickly to messages. They were also very open to giving a partial refund once notified about the issue.
