The dress is mostly in a very nice condition.The dress was listed as "like new" but arrived to me with one of the three bows on the front hanging by just a few threads. I contacted the seller, offered to send photos of the damage, and asked for a partial refund since the dress was not in the condition I paid for. They said "Sorry no partial refund" and told me to send the dress back within two weeks for a full refund. I elected to keep the dress since even with a full refund I would still be out the cost of shipping it back to the seller.
The dress came with a very strong perfume smell out of the bag, but was very clean and well packaged.
The listing also said "I always provide tracking and ship the next day unless it is a weekend/holiday, in which I will ship when the post office opens the next day". I paid for the dress on August 19th, a Tuesday, and not a holiday were the post office would be closed. Since the seller was on a trip the dress shipped out on August 24th.
The seller was kind enough to reserve the item for me, which I appreciate, and was responsive to messages when I had questions.
