Shipping was quick and seller's communication was good. However, the OP's condition is worse than the pictures and description would suggest; it has stretched-out sleeves and frayed ends on the ribbon belt, neither of which were disclosed in the description. I'm not overly concerned, considering it was only $10 and I wasn't expecting stellar quality, but a more accurate description of the condition would have been appreciated.

The choker is as pictured, and the package shipped quickly. The metal clasp and chain on the back are tarnished, which I wasn't expecting on an item that was listed as new. I would have appreciated it if this detail had been mentioned in the listing, but it's not a big deal considering the low price.
