Very smooth transaction and the dress came on time; can't ask for more than that!

Please understand that I hate to do this, as the seller is a very nice person, but I need to write an honest review. This is not personal, strictly professional.
Item as described - There were a few markings on the bag and head bow that I wasn't specifically informed of. They're minor, so they're not that big of a deal, so moving on.
Communication - Had some issues here. I purchased through Facebook and only completed the transaction through LaceMarket to remove the active listing. We agreed on a payment plan of 50% upfront and 50% 2 weeks later. After paying the first 50%, the seller informed me that the second payment would include the shipping fee. Understandable and expected, but was a little disorganized. At the time of the 2nd payment, the seller sent an invoice for slightly more than what we agreed for the 2nd payment to be. The seller informed this increase was to cover PayPal fees (which were not taken from the 1st payment as it was marked Family & Friends). The seller explained this was provided in her Term's of Sale, which I did not glance over, as I found the listing through Facebook technically, not LaceMarket. The buyer should not have to pay PayPal fees - just add them into your sale price if you have to, but non-disclosed PayPal fees are not acceptable in business, and you can have your PayPal account revoked for doing so. In attempts to fix the situation, which I appreciate, the seller offered to send a new invoice. In efforts to not waste anymore time, I declined and paid the original invoice with the PayPal fees. I asked to please send tracking information once shipped. Today I went to the post office and my package arrived. I never received my tracking information directly from the seller. The package just showed up. Overall, regardless of who is right or wrong, there were certainly miscommunications, making the transaction disorganized and uneasy on my end.
Dispatch time - The seller explained she cannot ship as quickly as others, and I took this into consideration when purchasing. There were not issues with dispatch time, only dispatch communication as mentioned above.
Postage and packaging charges - The postage and packaging charges were not an issue.

Fast shipping and great communication :) For an offbrand bag there were its flaws but it is to be expected. If you are a nervous buyer please ask for more details before purchasing~

She was a pleasure to do business with she had great communication despite being two time zones away from me she was super sweet. Once the package was shipped it came within the week and the dress is outstanding my new favorite peice of clothing ild highly recommend her and will happily do business with her again
