NEGATIVE Seller is very polite, but sold the item to another buyer via PM without realizing that I won the auction and the other buyer didn't. Seller only contacted me and explained what happened four days after I won the auction, after I had PM'd her and asked to be invoiced (she never had sent me an invoice for the item). I understand that mistakes happen, but next time seller needs to ensure that any potential buyer goes through LM to purchase the item, or they should take the item down as soon as there is any outside interest. Since the seller had already sold the item to someone else, I am leaving negative feedback.
