I am a repeat buyer and like last time, I was generally happy with the responsive, polite communication and shipping time. However, one of the shoes arrived with the toe box dented in. I was able to pop it back out into its intended shape, but it left some wrinkles. Stuffing the toe box of the shoes with wadded tissue paper or plastic bags for shipping may help prevent this from happening again in the future. Thankfully, the shoes are a dark color so the wrinkles are not obvious unless you look closely. I would still consider buying from this person again.
