Item arrived in good condition. There were some minor undisclosed stains and the seller was very apologetic. It's a beautiful piece that I've been getting a lot of good use from. The seller's communication is great! Very quick and friendly. I will buy from this person again.

I would give higher than positive feedback if possible. Cattilan was great to communicate with before purchasing, shipped EMS with insurance as I requested, and was very helpful when it seemed the package was lost for an entire month. They were in touch with Taiwan Post and me as well. USPS eventually found it and delivered it safely. The dress was well packaged and as described, in great secondhand condition, with all expected pieces (removable bow, waist ties, KC) in great shape.
Absolutely a positive experience apart from the post office, but there's no way a seller can control that! I would not hesitate to purchase from cattilan again. Fantastic seller. Thank you so much for all your patience!!
