Great seller! Very quick to respond to messages and was very friendly.
The mini hat got a little crushed in shipping, but it's mostly back to normal after messing with it for a little bit. The seller wrapped the hat with a bunch of bubble wrap so it wouldn't get damaged, so it arrived safely otherwise!

Bow had additional tiny minor stains that were seen in proof photos, and were uncircled by seller. Not a big deal, so just look carefully at her proof photos as it's difficult to sometimes point out each small flaw. :)
