This was the worst transaction I've ever done in my life. To set up the context, I won two items from this seller and asked if I could be invoice with cheaper shipping fees (but still with a tracking number). She invoiced me full price and forgot to invoice me one of the two won items. I've asked her to invoice me the barrette and she just refund me + DMed me, saying she doesn't send without signature (which I understand), not apologizing for forgetting the barrette and then, she ghosted me for weeks.
I've DMed her, I apologized myself for asking a cheaper shipping option and said I totally agreed with the actual shipping costs. She read my messages maybe two weeks after I won the listings and still ghost me.
She never told me she canceled the transaction because she just ghost me and never invoice me after her message.
To be honest, I've never deal with a seller as rude as she is. I'm so disapointed because those items were side gifts for a friend of mine and she screw it up.

The socks have clearly been used for a while but she took great care of them.
All I had to do was remove very few lint appearing due to it's time and is almost like new
