Seller said they would ship on Monday and didn't ship until Thursday, which under normal circumstances would've been the difference between this arriving before Halloween or not. BUT everything worked out just fine and I got it in time, and sometimes things do happen!! :) I would've liked more communication for the delay, but it was such a small thing that I can't fault a human being for it. Thank you!
