Sam is friendly and answered all my questions and the dress was in good condition. There was some confusion regarding shipping charges (it was more than first anticipated, but this was sorted with ease!). Maybe the 100USD import taxes could have been avoided, but ultimately I'm very happy she helped me get one of my dream dresses :) Would recommend! <3
