She opened up a dispute against after I refused to give a partial refund when she begged me for money after she damaged the dress and headbow. Because of how PayPal works, it still went in her favour despite having proof photos the set was not damaged before I had sent them. She not only got the money back but I never even received the items back, which are likely still in her possession. [MOD edit: buyer reached out with photos of damages, PayPal ruled in their favor and processed full refund after item was sent back to seller]
