Seller emailed me a couple of days after asking for my PayPal information, which was already provided to them when I won. They shipped out shortly after with no notification or tracking information. Package arrived with undisclosed modifications to the straps. I messaged the seller asking to communicate and find a resolution. They refused to acknowledge their mistake in the listing or give any sort of refund. An apology would have even sufficed. Would not recommend as a seller.

Purchased on the 6th and the item didn't arrive until the 18th. I would be okay with this if there was communication along the way but communication was really poor and I never even got a tracking number. Thankfully my package mysteriously appeared on the 18th and the wig, although messier than expected, arrived fine and I was able to salvage it with some brushing. I also felt it was priced reasonably for its condition. I'm glad I got it eventually but was disappointed about the communication.
