AMAZING communication and packaging! The seller warned me ahead of time that it would take a few weeks for them to ship it since they were out of town. They kept me informed and promptly sent it on the day they said they would. Inside the plastic shipping bag, the stored the wool coat in a large, soft, pink drawstring bag to keep the coat extra safe. Coat is perfectly described, pure white and can't find any flaws. The price was very reasonable, even with the extra cost of Russia to USA shipping! Great seller, would buy from again.

The item came exactly as described. I am very happy with it. Communication was slow, however. I had questions and either they were answered after days of waiting or not at all. The listing had a price for shipping but when bought, the shipping was not included and even though I asked about the shipping cost, seller proceeded to send it out via snail mail. Overall, I am glad my item made it to me safely. Would buy from again if communication improves.
