Dispatch time was fine since it was agreed to beforehand. The dress arrived missing the lace sleeves, to which I enquired after. It wasn't mentioned explicitly in the listing that it was missing, as the only defects talked about were slight markings on the dress. The only hint was that they weren't shown in one photo (but I assumed they were removed due to the seller's preference, not that they were missing).

It has now been over a week since I won the auction, and I have yet to hear from the seller. I've tried messaging them, and I got no response. I think the seller has forgotten they had Lacemarket listings or something.

Took a while to dispatch. Item arrived in an envelope with no padding, the envelope was ripped open during transit but luckily the item was not damaged. Communication with seller was fine, but jiffy bags are essential next time! Thank you.
