Unfortunately there was a package mix-up where my item got sent to another person, and I received their item. However all three of us were able to work it out and both me and the other buyer received their items. It was a stressful situation, but mistakes happen, and everything worked out in the end. Seller was extremely apologetic, very communicative, and paid for return shipping and partial refund for the mistake as well as including extra goodies once I did receive what I actually ordered. Would 100% buy from them again.
