This seller was very understanding in me being new to Lacemarket. My address on my paypal was incorrect and as such, seller accidentally shipped it to wrong address. However, i sent it back and they were able to send again. Seller's communication was somewhat slow and unclear and in some parts of the process, we had miscommunication. If you order from this seller, please be aware that they are at times slow with communication. Package was finally sent and I got it recently. Really beautiful dress overall. This rating is neutral bc of slow communication.

Communication and eventual shipping was very slow. Normally I would give this a pass as the seller eventually came back and said she had been sick. (Although even if you can't ship right away, I'd still like to be kept in the loop so I don't feel like I've been ghosted after paying, but whatever.) However, the dress also arrived with visible damage to the ribbon on the front--the velvet fuzz has completely come off in some places. No mention of the damage or close-up photos were included in the listing. I'm disappointed.
