The petticoat is smaller than I expected in width of the hoops but otherwise is exactly as promised! Shipping times were good and quick.
My only problem was that the seller had not responded to any of my messages until they had the shipping info, which I believe was a general message they copy paste with the correct info. That being said, the DID send me the shipping info eventually which is more than I can say for some sellers.
An ok experience over all and I would recommend.

My rating is overall positive, my one qualm is that there is no shirring on the back of this dress, and in the description it said their was shirring but other than that everything was good
