The item most definitely came as described, but was actually Pierrot instead of Chantilly. That's the only reason I took off a star. Other than that, she communicated well and adjusted the charges to accommodate for the small mistake.

Seller didn't contact me until over 24 hours after buying item to tell me they couldn't pay. I had to get the wig out of storage because she bought it in the first place. I had a lot of stress on my plate and didn't need this.

When I first found this item, I was quite nervous about buying because, this would be my first lolita dress. I asked the seller if it was okay if she sent the payment is two different transactions and they were totally nice and cool with it. One. I won the auction we set up the payment and she sent it out. The item came a day before the approximated shipping time, which was great. The dress looks brand new! It doesn't even look as if she touched the item, not even the socks! Then to top it off she even stuck a thank you note in the box, once I saw that I literally wanted to cry. (Tears of happiness of course)Thank you so much for the great business experience!
