When I saw that someone with some negative feedback bidded on my item, I was skeptical... I've never given anyone negative feedback before but I've also never had anyone ignore my message or Paypal invoice. There may be some language barriers as Manami is from France, however she bidded on my item 3 hours before the auction ended and did not respond to me in 3 days. If there was a payment issue she had a problem with (although I clearly mention how much shipping costs per item, internationally in my listings), I would have appreciated it if she could have messaged me first. But without any communication, I just sent her another message informing her I was going to cancel the Paypal invoice and sell to the previous bidder. I'm not sure how much longer I should have to keep waiting.

Buyer backed out of transaction due to misunderstanding about shipping, but then asked for a refund when she had not made payment? Complete confusion and disappointment.

Buyer backed out of purchase immediately after payment and wants a refund. I will be issuing her a refund (not including paypal fees) as soon as I am able to work things out with paypal. In our private messages here on LM, she told me that she was having credit card issues and that was her reason for wanting a refund. On paypal, she wrote that I refused to ship her the package which is untrue.
