The dress was exactly as described (NWT), packed carefully, and shipped out in a timely manner! Mayura also responded to messages quickly and was easy to communicate with. A+++!

the seller is very polite, friendly, and reasonable. she answered all my questions promptly and without issue. shipping was a bit pricey (around $65), but the dress arrived within one week and was packaged and protected very well. the dress was as described, and i'm really happy with it! thank you.

I was pleased to find this dress after searching for it for so long! When it arrived, I felt the dress was not quite as new as the description implied but when I reached out to the seller we were able to come to a satisfactory resolution. The seller was very reasonable and communicated well. Overall I would feel comfortable making another purchase from this seller in the future thanks to their responsiveness and good communication. The dispatch time was excellent. The postage to was quite pricey but I think it was to be expected since it was shipped from the other side of the world.
