The item arrived in a paper envelope which had been torn twice during transit, one of the tears bad enough that the postal service had to fix it with tape. Luckily, the item inside had not suffered any damage.

I won the auction on Febuary 5th, the seller responded quickly and was very nice to me. As soon as I payed she suddenly didn't respond (nor read my messages) anymore. She said in her last message that she is going to send the package "tomorrow" on Febuary 7th. I first thought she had scammed me because I recieved no tracking number from the seller, not even a message that the package has been send. Luckily, the package arrived today, on Febuary 17th. I really love the dress, it's perfect and like described/shown in the auction, but it would have been nice if the seller responded to my messages after the payment. Therefore I give her neutral feedback.
