This transaction was complicated due to no fault of the seller, but she handled the situation professionally and with grace. She showed additional proof pictures before shipping off the items, gave me multiple options, and made sure I was comfortable at every step of the process. She packed the items nicely and so that they were secured. The seller was kind and answered my questions without any sass or attitude, which I am grateful for. The overall experience was great.
