There were some undisclosed stains on the dress that the seller unfortunately missed. I messaged the seller about it and we were able to work out a partial refund. Seller was very apologetic about the mistake. I really appreciate them working with me on it and understand it was an honest mistake so I'm leaving positive feedback. I still love the dress and will try to get the stains out. I would do business with this seller again. Thank you!

We encountered difficulties with shipping that were not the seller's fault or under their control but they still refunded me the shipping cost because of the long wait.
