My worst experience I've made on Lace Market so far. I bid on a dress the seller described as being in "like new" condition, meanwhile the lace of the bows are frayed, the fabric of the dress has been melted probably while it got ironed and a shoulder has been completely torn while the other is somewhat still holding together with its ripped seams. I tried to come to a solution with the seller but they still didn't respond probably being aware they shipped a defect item. I hope the user gets banned because this is absolutely unacceptable.
