Unfortunately I had a negative experience. I had won a bid on the item. Invoice was sent quite promptly. However there was so communication at all. After more than 2 weeks of waiting for the item to arrive. I reached out to them twice with no response. They then, without informing me sent me a refund for the item. So luckily I received a refund. But I did expect to recieve to item and was sad. I reached out to them after the refund was issued to ask some question but then I also recieved no response.
