I apologize that I didn't send it to the correct address, but Paypal's TOS states that I am only allowed to ship to the address that the buyer has listed. Otherwise, I loose my seller protection if something were to go wrong. I'm sorry that it was a frustrating situation, but I did what I could as a seller.
