Everything went great with the buyer - she was super communicative and understanding, but unfortunately DHL made a mistake on their end and I was forced to cancel the sale, as I am still waiting for the refund for faulty return of the package and am not wiling to pay the shipping costs again, without getting the refund first.
Buyer was fully refunded and item relisted.
Sorry about this whole ordeal!
