My post office made a mistake and sent the Dress back to the Seller who was very understanding about the situation. I gave her a new address and she posted the dress again at no extra charge to me. it arrived fast and in perfect condition. Thank you

Overall a good communication. There were few signs of use (the print dissolve at few places), which wasn't seen by her but we can agree to a price reduction, so everything is fine.
