Dress was as described and arrived quickly. Necklace had arrived broken due to being poorly packaged and was shipped separately (it's an acrylic necklace) and I did not receive a desirable response from the seller on resolving the issue. The necklace broke in half and I was told it was easy to fix. I asked for a refund for half of what the necklace was worth and was offered less than that. I was told I could just return the necklace all together but had to pay the return postage and was still being offered less than half what the necklace sold for...
