BUYER BEWARE. This seller is very sweet initially but once things go wrong you might just get ghosted! They initially invoiced me for more than we agreed on, but corrected it when I messaged them. That was fine, but once I got the dress there was a whole list of issues that weren’t disclosed since it was described as “awesome condition”. Pulls on the skirt, lots of lint stuck between the ruffles, blue/brown stains all over, yellowing at the pocket opening, the bow on the back was coming loose, and there was a (gross) used face mask inside the pocket. They were initially apologetic, and agreed to a partial refund, but after 2 weeks I have yet to see the refund come through and my follow up messages have been left unread and ignored. I was able to clean up the dress and fix it up (mostly) but this was just not a great overall experience.

The seller's communication was very clear and friendly, and the dress was shipped quickly. I had to dock stars for "item as described" because the listing description states that the only problem with the dress is a loose waist tie button; however, I found a yellow stain on the bodice, and the back lacing ribbon isn't the one that originally came with the dress. Regardless, I'm happy with my purchase because I feel the dress was fairly priced for the condition it's in.

The item shipped really quickly and was packaged well. The seller was great with communication. I am only disappointed that there is a pretty sizable stain on the front of the dress that wasn’t disclosed, but for the price and the ease of sale, I’m very happy with my purchase and would recommend this seller. :)

The dress arrived quickly and there are no flaws / problems with it from what I could see! It's in great condition. My only issue is the dress didn't include the waist ties and that wasn't disclosed. But this is one of my dream prints and truthfully I don't mind going without the waist ties so overall I'm very happy with this purchase and the seller! Good communication as well. Thank yo so much!

Uncommunicative seller, Has not read or responded to any message since March
I paid right away after no communication from the seller the dress came a month later
Dress had undisclosed arm pit and neckline stains where the comments of the listing claimed there were none.

I submitted my intent-to-purchase this backpack back on 08/18, and proceeded to send three separate messages asking the seller to send me the invoice for payment, which I was more than happy to make.
From what I can tell, she read the first message but never replied, and never took a look at the follow-up messages I sent afterwards.
Suffice to say, I am still backpack-less as of the 1st of September, having never paid or received anything.
I do not think I can recommend this seller in good conscience at the current time, because no actual buying or selling went on during this “transaction”.

The item is just as described, but the communication wasn’t the greatest. I asked for tracking number twice and haven’t received it even though she did read my messages. She said the dress was sent on 18.08, but I checked the tracking after arrival and apparently it was sent on 22.08.
I think a neutral rating is fair in this situation.
