Quick and timely responses to PMs, which is very pleasing. Also offered free shipping, which is always a plus! The dress arrived shortly after I had completed the payment and it was just as described. She did own two animals, but I wasn't worried. As hoped, the garment had no visible damage or pet hairs and was well taken care of and looks even more beautiful than I expected. I couldn't be happier! I have no complaints for this seller at all. She was a pleasure to do business with and given the opportunity I would definitely buy from her again! Overall, a positive buying experience.
