Seller listed the blouse as like new, undamaged, and needed no repairs. When the blouse arrived I discovered it was missing a pearl on the collar, contacted the seller, she apologised but said there was nothing to be done and suggested I go to a craft store to locate a replacement pearl. I asked for a small partial refund to offset cost of the pearls and she refused. After contacting the mods and a lot of discussion she finally agreed to a 5 dollar refund but man was it a lot of effort involved for something that was overlooked by the seller in the first place. I wouldn’t buy from this seller again and would advise that future buyers look closely at the images not just the discription
