Neutral because the item did arrive. After winning, I had to message the seller 4 days after to receive the invoice. Paid same day - after a week of no updates, I reached out and seller provided no timeframe of when it would be shipped due to some personal issues happening.
As, I can understand when irl life happens / I would have been more patient with just some communication without having to pull for it and give specific deadlines or else I’d be filling a claim. It arrived about 3 weeks after purchase and item was perfect as described.
Clearly, based on other feedback was a fluke - and I would have been more understanding if the communication would have been there without multiple desperate attempts from my end. Would I buy from this seller again? Probably not.

They just arrived today and fit exactly as expected! They were in a bag but thankfully didn't get damaged. Only problem is that the seller didn't read or respond to my second message asking for confirmation about the shipping. Otherwise a good experience.

Seller invoiced me for the shoes right away. It took about a week for them to message me to say they would need another week after that to ship (2 weeks total). I never got a tracking number or further communication. The shoes arrived, they had been put into a crumpled Priority mailer with no bubble wrap/plastic baggie or anything for additional protection. Unfortunately the inside of the package was wet from rain :/ The shoes themselves had clumps of dust and hair in them.
Leaving neutral because I did receive the shoes and I can clean them up, but this transaction was not ideal for sure.
