After the seller told me they were going to ship my order out, they stopped reading my messages. I never got a tracking number, and it's been over a month and I haven't received the shirt. I'm worried that something might've happened to the seller, and I hope they're okay.

Item as described:
Seller sold it as great condition and "like new" but arrived with a run on the front, claw marks and a large odorous stain on the waisties(which are very visible in front). Whole skirt had a slight cigarette smell.
Comunication:
So-so before sending the package. Non-existent after. I waited a month before giving feedback to give her a chance but she has not replied( first messege is marked as "seen" too).
Dispatch time:
Seller dragged their feet sending the package "waiting for payment to clear" from paypal.
Postage: Seller stuffed the skirt into a Ziploc sandwich sized bag.
Would never buy from again.
